Introduction:
Organizations developing their management approaches are confronted with challenges of modern rapidly changing and turbulent business environments. That impacts on guiding ideas and principles of management, organizational infrastructures, and applicable managerial tools. There is not very much help of the traditional quality management practices or standards. What should be done?
Task:
Define an initiative for transforming the quality of management approach of a SME by using a collaborative Web 2.0 social media knowledge working technology:

There is not very much help of the traditional quality management practices or standards. What should be done?
Task:
Define an initiative for transforming the quality of management approach of a SME by using a collaborative Web 2.0 social media knowledge working technology:
- Defining a six month project to carry out most immediate and necessary measures for enhancing the company's management effectiveness and efficiency.
- Using all useful information and knowledge that is practically available to you, and use also the most innovative ideas for your project realization.
- Determine a well-describing title for the project.
- Highlight the general business idea of the company.
- Present a short slogan indicating the core concept and aim of the project.
- Define the main project aspects and their justification by considering all the questions of the following "Action Compass":
- Indicate how to manage constraints (see reference) and risks (see reference) in realizing the project.
- Distribute the created project plan electronically as a new blog for comments from your organization and from your business partners.
- Give information and link of your blog as a comment to this task definition blog post.
